We want every Karat Vault order to arrive safely and every return request to be clear and straightforward. Please review our shipping and return information below.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Most items ship within one business day. Order-processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Free Standard Shipping

Free standard shipping is included with every order. Orders ship through USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground, depending on which service is more economical for the shipment.

Estimated standard transit time is 3–5 business days after the carrier receives your package.

Expedited Shipping

FedEx 2Day shipping is available for $29. Estimated transit time is two business days after the carrier receives your package.

Insured Delivery

Karat Vault shipments are insured through delivery to your doorstep. Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.

Delivery Estimates

Carrier transit times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays or address issues. Processing time and transit time are calculated separately.

Return Policy

30-Day Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return, jewelry must be unworn and in its original condition.

Return Authorization Required

Before sending an item back, please request return authorization by emailing KaratVault713@gmail.com. Include your order number and the item you would like to return so we can provide return instructions.

Please do not mail a return before receiving authorization from Karat Vault.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the return is required because of an error by Karat Vault. If you received an incorrect item or believe there is a problem with your order, contact us before returning it so we can assist you.

Returned items will be inspected to confirm that they are unworn and in their original condition.
